That viking scout could have throwing axes as his primary weapon, axes always remind me of wikings.
Perhaps you could add new bandit faction called Calradian Empire's partisans or vanguard of New Calradian Empire etc, they would only have 1 party on map, but that would be huge 200 men, but each soldier would only have short spear.
