Any estimates on when the download site will be back up?

For those of you who don't know, when ever you click on the link to download the mods it always comes up offline, but they said it could take from a couple of days, to hours, and the date on that was Oct. 18th; when will it be back up??

I`ve read that the site will ne back up online on octobre 24th.
