Warband 1.104 Castle Prison Break

When trying to break a noble out of Knudarr Castle the NPC gets stuck on the ramparts and keeps trying to run through them once all of the enemy NPCs are killed.  Speaking only gets hostile dialogue that leads to the NPC following me very closely as if they are going to attack me.  Leading them outside after this has no effect.

That's really odd - I did 2 savings until now and both of these times when I defeat all guards the game automatically exits to the quest completed dialogue. This is how I do it:

- Go to prison guard - demand keys - kill him.
- Get inside prison (do not engage the remaining troops outside before entering)
- Go outside kill them with the help of the saved lord
