Summary: I made a new character, moved a few physical appearance sliders a little bit, chose voice number 2 but after I passed the character creation interface and pressed V, I saw that some of the sliders were not where I left them and voice was also changed back to number 1, and voice change click arrows were not clickable anymore. (they were greyed out.)
How to Reproduce: Make a new character in sandbox, move some appearance sliders in whichever way you want, change voice to number 2, after you create the character and start on the map, press V and you will see that some of the sliders are not where you left them and your character voice is still voice number 1 and you can not change it. (voice change arrow is not clickable, as it is greyed out.)
