Troubles disbanding patrol

I tried to disband a patrol which costs 5k per week. Talking to my marshal will send a messenger, whom I suppose should move towards the patrol to disband it but after few days I am still taxed for the patrol's upkeep. Does anyone have any idea on how to deal with it? I cant find my patrol anymore, either its by chance they're not there when I were or its a bug..

Anyone ever find a solution to this? I have a 10k per week patrol that is just hammering me into the ground financially.
