This thread consists generated names by me. The names are inspired by the real life cultures and as you know that Calradic Cultures are inspired by those certain real life cultures. I thank Dejan in advance for giving me an opportunity to expand Bannerlord's name generating list, I will do my best to contribute. However, it's up to developers implement these or not. I enjoyed doing this anyways.

female: Thordis (spirit of Thor), Jolanka (hungarian - good girl?), Áile/Áila (sami form of Helga), Åse/Åsa (sw., derived from Æsir)

Germanic names for Vlandia:
male: Berthold (smth. like "shiny ruler"), Helmut (fighting spirit), Dirk (ruler of the people), Heino (leader of the house), Reimer (famous council)

Thanks for all these suggestions but I think TaleWorlds want more specific and rare names rather than common names.

There could be some names in list known worldwide but the I picked majority of the names from rare names or names used in the past and now forgotten.

To avoid misunderstandings, I really appreciate @TimIZ's work but people under this thread has to know that Bannerlord needs some special names, not commonly known names such as Ragnar, Harald or George for example.

Monchug (Muncuk) was a Turkic warlord and father of Attila and Bleda. Despite that, they used the name. You should judge TaleWorlds first for using historical names instead of generating. Bannerlord is full of inspired names, I can count you thousand names inspired by historical charachters in Bannerlord. So don't judge me because most of the names on the list ain't rare or made-up

Ragnar(Lodbrok) and Harald Fairhair happens to be the names of the argueable most well known viking rulers, I guess on par with Attila the Hun. Ragnar was also the Norse leader in Warband. So the examples was not that good.

It´s how rare the names in your OP is I question.
For example the Vlandian, Nord and Sturgian names is for me quite common Norman/Norse names back then. Ofc, today they are mostly dead names as the Norman culture is mixed into other cultures today and Norse is pagan, today scandinavian cultures feature only a few of them(Though Ragnar, Harald and Ulf happens to be 3 of them...).

By the way.. What is a "rare name"? Is Alexander a "rare" name just because Alexander the Great Conqueror? There are of millions people named Alexander around the world in history, its globaly a very common name.

I recommend 'Lucifer's Onomastikon' which is a big dictionary of names broken down by continent and era. For example, one can browse names common in eastern europe during the medieval period for Sturgian names.

In all my gameplays i use Loen (My second name is Leon). Family name is Almend (My last name is Almeida). So... In general terms i think it is kinda all around.

Another suggestion for random names: I'd like certain prominent names (like Ira) to be blocked from the random selection until the original dies.
