Spawning Zombie Glitch

So while i was playing the reckoning which i downloaded off Moddb or something with that name, I pressed the button B while exploring the city and it started spawning zombies which was really weird so i hope the it can get fixed.

If you require a video or a screenshot just tell me and i will do it.

I decided to test this glitch is seems to only work in a few places which are: Camp Bastion and Any Scavange Hunts.
