Need More Info Show/hide scabbard option is missing in smithy

Summary: Show/hide scabbard option is missing in smithy. Only modules running are first screenshot, missing button is second screenshot. Asking friends, one has the buttons aligned horizontally, one has them vertically.
How to Reproduce: Go to smithy, don't have show/hide scabbard option. Verified game files.
Have you used cheats and if so which: Have console cheats enabled

We were not able to reproduce this issue on our end. The culprit is most likely previously installed mods. Could you try to reproduce this on an unmodded environment?

Is the selection of modules shown in the first image *not* an unmodded environemt?

Even if they are not enabled we can't be sure whether or not they have effected the game. That's why we always ask for an unmodded environment. And we were not able to reproduce it on our end without mods.
