How to make soldiers wear them on back?

Give them a two handed weapon and a shield, if you want to have a shield on hand and another in your back I think it isn't easy...

if you use the module system you can give them the flag "tf_guarentee_shield"

give your troop only two handed weapons and tick guarentee shields and it should..

hmm.. let's se here.... I think one excuse is lazyness. And another is that if the guide weights the same as a duck. If it does weight the same as a duck. You should burn it. Not read it...
