Serial Key Problem

After I put my serial key number, they messaged "The game has been activated successfully" Then they need a serial key again. Anyone help me ASAP.

Enable compatibility mode (right click on the game's icon and select properties to see it) and change it to windows XP or 7, then try enter the key again and see if it works.
