In Progress Seeing name tag after round end

Summary: After the skirmish round ends (not the Map) I saw the Name tag of my enemy long time in the next round. The enemy name tag disappears if you look at another enemy or ally.

How to Reproduce: Stand infront of an enemy and look at him to see the name tag while the round ends in skirmish. It didn't happen that often I guess. I stood like 50 times befor an enemy while the round is ends, but now I get this happen.
