RGL Error - Too many triggers (RoY)

Whenever I try to load a save game after updating the mod to the latest patch, (3.1 or whatever), Whenever it hits "Loading Savegame..." it gives me this:

Any help?

Not save game compatible, sorry. You can look through your downloaded files and copy the older version's text files over the current ones in your Roots of Yggdrassil folder. (The same way you applied the patch)

None of the patch features will be there, but if you'd rather play a buggier save game than start over...

Oh well, I can just restart.  Shouldn't take too long to get back to level 10.
