Purchased from Avangate - no code?

I've purchased every Mount and Blade title since Warband, so I thought I'd support the developers by purchasing directly through their website in hopes that they'd get the total profit.

I received the email from Avangate, but there is no code to register here on the site or anything like that...  How do I go about getting my registration code?  When I try to connect to multiplayer it says 'bad serial number.'

I'm also getting tons of script errors just navigating the menus - apparently whenever it shows a visual of a character.  Oh, I tried to run a custom battle and it is freezing up every half of a second - unplayable.  What the hell is up with this release?

About serial number you need to ask to TW.
About freeze, could you post your rgl_config plz.
