2. Ability to go completely mercenary and get the ability to create your own hideout, like the cave one's you're sent to find by lords.

and I didn't notice that shape at the ends of these bows before...

Expect new shapes in PoP 4.0.  In all things.

it would be cool to have generals that you can tell what you want them to do (patrol an area attack all bandits it can take on to help in a quest ect.) just a thought

I suggested that very thing.  Sadly it was turned down on grounds of realism.

We've discussed this before internally, and although I don't recall the exact reasons at the moment the odds of that happening is very, very unlikely..

Instead, we're trying to perhaps maybe do something more with the Mercenary aspect if possible, but we're still fleshing out those details of course, so nothing definite on what we have planned, so I guess that could be the route you would go if you want something with no responsibilities perhaps

How about an option to buy a house? Like instead of spending 5 denars a night you buy a house so you can stay for free, then have an option to go in your house and all of your companions are there. Kind of like a hide out, but realistic. You can kind of like make it a mercenary base.

Make a camp option to find a cave, then use that.
Then equip your men with clubs and loincloths and beat other neanderthals bandits.

There is an OSP pack called Rock and Mountain or something for M&B. If you need to go pick it up and flesh out the hideouts and etc with it. The current hideouts suck, tbh.
