Resolved Presence skill is either not working correctly or worded incorrectly

Summary: The leadership skill presence at level 125 is worded that you can recruit prisoners from your faction without a morale penalty, however, you can only recruit prisoners with the same culture as you without having the morale loss.
How to Reproduce: Load up the game and try to convert prisoners with the skill

Hey, this is a text error. The correct text should be "same culture" not "same faction". So the perk works as intented. I have informed the devs about it. Thank you for reporting it in.
