Place for mod requests/paid contract work?

Hello,

is there a good place in which you can ask for contract work or request a specific mod?

I really would love to have a version of the imperial lamellar with scale skirt that has a lamellar texture instead of the scale.

if a standalone version would be too difficult while keeping the skirt animated a simple texture replacement would be amazing too.
