Need More Info No recruits replenishing in a town

Its been a long time since I've seen the town not have any recruits, could this be a bug or what could be happening in the game that would prevent replenishment?
Mods are training recruits, and 1 att 2 perk points per level

Could you try to reproduce this issue without the mods installed? The Auto Recruitment mod might be breaking the function.

There is no auto recruitment mod, there is just a training troops mod while in a city, not a village. so I dont see how these would convflict, I think because there is a bug that when theres civil unrest, or when the city gets razed it is stuck not producing troops
