No advisors

Hey, I've been playing this mod for a few days and so far so good minus oneeee issue.

I currently own one town two castles and a village for the khergit. I however have never been prompted to get any advisers no chamberlain no trainer or anything. I was wondering if I am missing something or a bug.

No you aren't you just need them to be yours in your own kingdom/faction to get them
