Newbie, but not really. Pretty simple question...

Hey guys, I'm a newbie but not really.  I think I was on here a long time ago, but maybe just lurking and taking in all the info.  Haha.  Well, I decided to reinstall the game and I remembered I had modded the reload time for the firearms to a shorter time, and I had also found a way to equip myself and all my people with the same armor and weaponry.  I have searched and searched and can't find how to do it again.  I remember in Mount and Blade, it was in the camp menu, but I had done it in F&S as well. 

Anyone care to school me again?

Search for mercenary camps, they have a faction affiliated to them which is their unit type, (e.g. Swedish mercenary camp) go to them and recruit some men there. Those soldiers are equippable.

I was actually looking to add the "Find an Item" cheat in the camp menu. I found some mods that ass it, though. But would still be fun to add that to the regular game.
