Thanks to everyone...I was so pleased to read the last 2 or 3 pages from this subject !
Very nice proceedings...debates about Nation/Region... As you can see, French people are so french....We can't do anything like everyone. We always need to put our "french touch" even in Warband . Some people call themselve "Not French" and prefer  "A guy from a part of France", but they're all acting like French people ! So here we are, we've got our answer about the issue !

Guys, please stop discredit France in the whole warband community ...

I'm not saying that because i'm invited in the FRA team roster, if i were not, i would not have submited to the captaincy of "Champagne Ardennes" ( my region  )
But this discussion is ridiculous, you are typing arguments all more futiles than the previous ones ...

And i'm sad to see that there is some guys that i appreciate involved in this discussion.

So, some of you are friends, but I do not agree with you.

For the moment, FRA team is composed by 11 RNGD, 4 DF, 2 CoR, 1 LCDH, and 2 players without team.
I'm very bad in mathematics but i think it correponds approximatly to 50 % of the team ...

As I understand the FRA team has currently 19 players, there are 11 RNGD (So 58% of RNGD). But there are also 4 DF, who are in RNDG/DF community, so 79% of RNDG/DF guys ...
Thalia was referring to the players of this community, not just RNGD guys

Actually, according to Nubi's numbers, it has 20 players. 55% being RNGD.

I don't see why you people keep arguing after Alex said regions in countries wouldn't be allowed to enter as a nation. I think you need to solve it by yourselves, as the French community.

By the way, some of the arguments you make are really silly. Comparing Belgium, a country, to Lorraine, a region in a country?

We just do not understand why we allow Northern Ireland to participate, but not us.
The Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, like Lorraine in France ...

Simple. Lorraine is a region, Northern Ireland is a country.

The United Kingdom is made up of four countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Its full name is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Don't give me the "It is wikipedia, you could have written it there" argument. It has a citation from number10.gov.uk Official site of the Prime Minister of UK.

Northern Ireland is almost completely under the authority of the United Kingdom, This is not a sovereign state, and so by definition not a country .

Nation : is a human communauty identify by a geographic's border, sometimes fickle over the History (like Lorraine), but they have the belonging's conscience as a same groupe

Goker don't spend waste your time to argue with a guy from a part of France... (French guy etc etc)
At last, there is no way for this kind of team : proceedings off !

I'm sorry but [citation needed]. You were giving crap about Wikipedia, yet you don't even present any source to your claims.

I'm sorry, I can't argue with that anymore. I don't speak French.

I'll just add that, Northern Ireland is considered to be a country and regarded as such in well... almost everywhere. UK considers it a country, and as far as I know, Lorraine isn't considered a country in France. It is considered a region.

Now, this is really not the place for an argument like this. We are not here to judge what makes a country or not. I believe you all know that Lorraine doesn't count as one as of now and I find it incredibly silly and childish for you to force people to not count Northern Ireland as one either. I am sure you can see the differences between Northern Ireland and Lorraine.

What utter bull****. Don't you dare come on to these forums spouting such crap at us.
Seriously piss off unless you're going to bring sensible discussion to the table.

Have to see your stubbornness, I'm going to have to give up.Honestly it's a shame. Guys, its a game ... the winner will not win a million or something else like that. There you all looks like these greedy and bounded politicians
Plus the other excited crazyboy (I dont know who is the kid here...) To see your level of excitement, I'm sure it'll tear you a arm if we participated to the cup ...

Yeah, the winner won't win any money. So why are you trying to pass Lorraine as a nation and join? Why can't you just create one team just like everyone else and sort your problems by yourselves?

Weird how respecting the other person and making claims with supported evidence makes you a greedy politician. I'm not even gonna participate in the NC. Did the argument to show what I thought of the situation to the community, but I see that it is in vain. And seriously, forwarding French citations was a bit on the bull**** side.

Even with all the argument, I still think that If you(dunno who actually) had not gone and applied as the Captain of Lorraine out of the blue, maybe people would be more likely to listen.
