Mount and Blade Birthday card/greeting

It's a friend of mine's birthday and she really loves mount & blade, so I wanted to send a mount and blade themed birthday greeting (basically just a picture). Does anyone know of anything like this already made? Or maybe like a good screenshot of all the troops cheering after battle, does anyone have that? and then I can just photoshop "Happy birthday" and a couple ballons onto the screenshot.

You can google the artwork on the after-battle screen that has celebrating units. Or you can screenshot the sea raiders dialogue and change the text to "Happy birthday, I'll drink to your health from a skull!" or the retirement screen that would say "Congratulations on getting one year closer to your retirement from adventuring!" Or something like that.
