Yes, I used mods.
Summary: If you load via the "Saved Games" function, a warning is given if there is a module mismatch. However, if you simply click "Continue Campaign," this bypasses the module mismatch warning, which should be showing if the modules have changed since the last save.

How to Reproduce: Start the game with no mods active, create a new save. Close game, then start the game with a mod activated. Click "continue campaign."

Have you used cheats and if so which: No

It doesn't show a mismatch warning when there's no longer a mismatch, no. But that's bypassing the problem. The problem is that the warning isn't showing when there is a mod mismatch. The user already knowing about the mismatch and fixing the mismatch by re-saving doesn't change the problem of the warning not showing when there is a mismatch.

That is, creating the new save file removes the mismatch that the warning's supposed to trigger for, so of course the missing warning still won't trigger (and shouldn't, this time). But this doesn't help with the original problem, which is: the warning doesn't show up when it's supposed to, if you use the Continue Campaign function instead of the Saved Games function to load the game.

Yes. If you have a module mismatch, the warning properly shows up if you load the game via Saved Games, but fails to show up if you load the game via Continue Campaign.
