I would move ICA to the top-tier. Maybe you know a bit about them, but they really improved their skills after the last participating in "RTC2" (and they got 1st place), and Red Brigade to middle-tier, because they have sharpshooter Kazupa, and with adequate strategy and their infantries they can achive good results in matches.

I would move ICA to the top-tier. I will move ICA to Top Tier and move Red Brigade to Mid Tier, but I am keeping my predictions the same because they are still my predictions. This isnt a league table, so moving teams up and down the list wont be technically Predictions for this season.
