Need More Info Loading game crash "direct3d 11 device has been removed or reset "

When i load the game up it crashes and says " direct3d 11 device has been removed or reset " i have reinstalled the game and verified the game integrity on steam did not work.
game was working last night and working after update yesterday.

would not let me upload my own picture so i had to find a link to the text that comes up
