Light effects not working?

So, Im working on a night map, and I tried placing down some torches, but for some reason, any of the light scene props wont produce any light. Whats going on? They work in Native and other mods.

We removed dynamic lighting from all the shaders which brought the average FPS up by 20 till 30% on any given test

To be fair that's worth the loss of sparks.

...So, in other words, we cant light up dark places anymore?

They are generally light enough.
