Is it trustworthy? Well, it is kind of a malware that scans all the files on your computer. Is it reliable? Well it does catch hackers but it also has had a massive history of banning non-hacking but very skilled players (in games like Battlefield 1). Some sort of anti-cheat is going to be necessary because the problem of cheating in Warband was actually very widespread contrary to popular belief.

It all depends on the firm not to sell or hand over the information they are getting from your system to third parties. Should you completly trust any of them? No.
