How to recruit soldier when playing as an Escaped Convict?

Hello,
I started playing the 1.000 version as escaped prisoner for a greater starting challenge.
The only thing I couldn't tell is how am I supposed to recruit any soldiers?

The game started with me and 3 English irregular cavalry which is far from enough to rule the Caribbean
I can't build renown either because my 4 man party gets easily beaten by any other bigger party. Any ideas?

In towns look at the messages board (lowest of the three panels on the upper left). Sometimes you can recruit colonists, which are cheap and numerous, and can be recruited at the lowest rank.
I play as escaped convict too, and this is how I got started.
It also helps to follow the main quest, where you'll get a free schooner early on.

I look every city and no one offer me this button :/ i canot continue the game without soldier help me :/
Some condition must be done ?

I don't think there are any conditions to recruit colonists (other than having the money to hire them).
I suppose you are just unlucky so far. Just keep at it, the winds will change some time.
