How do I use troops abilities?

I've used the "SEARCH FUNCTION" but I haven't found anything.
Can you help me?

Ah, if I'm going to learn something about special abilities in some quests (I've joined Illoriaons), please don't tell me anything...

I'll quote Kardio on this one:

Press H when in a battle.  The first time it will give you a camera key menu.  The second time it will give you the ability/special power commands.  You MUST have joined one of the 5 factions for this to show up.

I've pressed H twice because I thought that it was like this, but it was when I wasn't in any faction.
