1. Go to the Horse Market (Marnid reveals if relationship 15+ and near Tulga; talk to Marnid in camp by "walk around").

2. Ask about "better horses".

3. Choose 1 challenge (you or companion need riding 6) :

Steeplechase - get at least score 1500
OR
Horseshooting (you or companion need horse archery 6) -  get at least score 75

The horse trader will give you clue 2.
