There must be a horse archer skill separate from the bow skill, shooting arrows while galloping on a horse is a true art while a good archer does not have to know how to shoot a bow from horseback.
Example:
- horse archer 100 skill and 100 bow
- archer 100 bow skill and 15 horse archer skill
