Helsing Crossbow?

Due to boredom, I began looking through the cheatmenu on another new character to look through new items and see what I should try and find but an item called the Helsing Crossbow caught my eye and it was priced at 97500 in the items list. With no description on how to get it, I'm curious as to where it is found (If its even obtainable)

It's not obtainable right now. It's going to become a reward in 0.6 possibly.

That's been in there since 0.4, but it's never been obtainable. For now it's to have fun with when cheating
