Hey, have you tried deleting the shaders file and verifying the integrity of the game files? If the issue is persistent after verification, please let me know.

You can fix this by disabling DLSS for now. We are aware of this issue and currently working towards a fix. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for reporting.
