Need More Info Game Startup - Runs in processes but does not launch game

Summary:
Hi all,

I require help on this matter if anybody has had the same issue, please advise.

I start the launcher and when I click play - it does not launch on the screen but does launch on processes, wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if so please let me know.

I have tried many methods - as below.

1. Integrity of game
2. Re-Install
3. Firewalls
4. Config on startup apps
5. Run as administrator

Storage Device (HDD/SSD): None

Try launching the game directly from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client\Bannerlord.exe

Can you navigate to the folder below and can you move the files named "steam.target" and "gdk.target" to another folder that is not related with the game and try launching again to see if the launcher comes?
