History
The story so far..
When looking over the approach from the road, one could ask for little more from a kingdom in Caldarra. Fertile fields, hardworking peasants, and castles dotting the landscape, the Netherweave dynasty has ushered in a new era of peace and prosperity to the land. A balmy summer day in the year 1020, the kingdom was at tournament when calamity struck. A royal servant fell dead in the stands, signalling a terrible endemic among the peasantry. It wasn't long before both rich and poor were struck with the foul disease, killing hundreds and leaving the kingdom in utter chaos. Those that fled left everything behind. Those that stayed either perished or struggled on alone. The king, eternally shamed by what had happened, abdicated the throne and took his own life. Now, a shadow of what it once was, the butter survivors are mortified to see both raiders, traders, and enemy nobles descending on the land like vultures. It's an age of fear and distrust, as nobles and commoners both clash for power.

Rule 1: Zero tolerance policy for Randoming
-Randoming is the act of killing another player, without a roleplay reason
First time warning
Second time Kick
Third time ban
Rule 2: Declaration of war
-War is attempting to wrest control of a castle or town from another faction
War must have a valid RP reason for taking place. This CAN include expansion of teritory.
-THIS MUST BE ANNOUNCED IN GLOBAL 3 times!
Failure to follow this rule will result in punishment to the lord of the faction.
-If a faction is at war and loses all castles, it must automatically go peaceful with the faction who defeated them.
First time warning
Second time kick
Third time ban
Rule 3: Robbery/Taxing
-Robbery consists of approaching a player in an attempt to steal goods or money from him under threat of force
Absolutely no demands over 2000 for anyone clad in armor
And none above 500 for those unamored. If the target refuses / unable to pay, you are allowed to take one possession from them or kill them.
You cannot rob the same person multiple times in an hour long block.
Rule 4: Mercenaries must fight for the faction itself. You cannot help a faction at war if you are not in the faction itself, unless you are in a different faction at war with the same people.
-Mercenaries are men who take payment to fight for a faction in times of need.
Rule 5: Revenge / New life rules
Revenge/NLR- When you respawn.
Upon dying, you are not allowed to seek out those responsible for your death. You can also not kill an unarmed person immediately after they respawn. Keep it fair. Does not Include war. War is considered common knowledge.
Rule 6: Assassination
-Assassination is the act of paying for a third party to kill someone.
The assassin must tell an admin who you are going to kill, and the buyer. The buyer must post in admin chat why the assassin was hired.The admin will then announce in global chat. Assassin has been contracted.
Rule 7: Self Defense/Protection
-Self defense consists of trying to protect yourself when hurt or robbed. Also you may protect RP friends.
ASSAULT: Can include multiple horse collisions, being hit with an arrow, attacked with a weapon of any kind, or being robbed with no money.
Rule 8: Do Not Metagame
-Metagaming is the act of using OOC (out of character) information to dictate in character gameplay.
Do not kill outlaws simply on the basis of them being an outlaw, or take advantage of out of character information/
Rule 9: Town watchmen
TOWN WATCHMEN CANNOT TAX OR ROB. They make rules for the town that they may then enforce.
