Error while trying to make my king start a war

Hi, i was trying to make a king start a war with the khergit kanate faction, so when i clicked "I need to think that in the peace and quiet" for the reason. It just stopped , i mean it didnt stopped, the press left button to continue didnt worked.

So i lost my everything that i done ! i didnt saved
