	Well here it finally is... Winter is coming...  No rambling necessary. Let's just make this cycle even better than the last (or if you think the last cycle sucked... just "better than the last" ). Details: League Structure - Division B now has only 10 teams. Divisions C1 and C2 will be merged into one ladder (see here for the ladder format discussions). There will also be a fast-track system where one Division C team will have a chance to make it straight into Division A at the end of the cycle. Rules and Punishments - New "points" system for teams that fail to show up with 8 or more players and/or use players with off-roster IDs. Teams that use a player (or players) with an off roster ID will now only forfeit the rounds that that player (or those players) played in. Pay careful attention to the "verifying your roster" instructions in the fixture threads. Maps - Custom maps will be integrated into the map cycles. The shortlisted custom maps can be seen and downloaded here. It is undecided how many of these will be introduced and if any Native maps will be removed. Judges - Judges will be appointed to make key rulings and referee important matches. Their job will be to enforce the rules in place to their best efforts, whenever the application of the rules is not obvious or clear cut. Their job is not to act outside the rules or to override the rules in favour of what they deem to be the "right" decision. The appointment and organisation of these judges will take place over the coming week.
