It looks like if it was taken from a game with early 3D-accelerated environment/ engine straight from the second half of the 1990s. The texture is so sharp... Looks even more awful given that it was published in 2011.

It could look a lot better, yes, it hasn't aged so well. Perhaps someone is up to create a better texture
