Damn. Depends who is the better fighter. A skilled viking can with the right skills and luck, take down an equally skilled Native American warrior and vice versa. It's impossible to detemine unless you actually pit one of each against one of the other and even then, the results aren't representative because one viking isn't every viking and one Native American isn't every Native American.

Vikings were raiders, they specialize in hitting hard to reinforce camps! Plus I believe they had a larger diversity of weaponry.

Really depends on the native american. They could have some trouble fighting aztecs, or better yet, Tarascans. They kicked Aztec ass before the Spaniards arrived. They even had metal weapons.
