In Progress Crash while navigating through the Encyclopedia

Summary: Patch 1.2.9 introduced new crashes into my game. This specific crash happens when Im at the hero page in the encyclopedia and click on the previous tabs "heroes" or "main menu". It happens in existing saves (over 1k days playtime) and new games. I dont use mods.
How to Reproduce: Just do as mentioned above. It doesnt always happen at the very first try but it will happen.

With the last hotfix we have fixed the crash dump system not appearing. Could you update your game and send us a new crash id for this crash?

btw. I updated the graphics driver to 551.23 but that didnt make any difference.

I uploaded a crash dump of an Encyclopedia crash.

This has been an issue for years...no crash log just CTD with cryptic error at the end of the rgl log. It doesn't happen on every campaign, but when it starts happening it doesn't stop. Any update on a hotfix?
