Modded Crash When kingdom offers vassalage to clan

Summary: Intercepts an exception when some kingdoms offer vassalage to your clan, I think its related to a destroyed kingdom or a different kingdom leader, or the fact I never accepted any offers as I'm doing mercenary only playthrough, I am using mods, but there's no involved module in the report which leads me to believe that its related to the base game, not mod related.
