Resolved Child not getting the opportunity to acquire stats at age 2.

Summary: My character has three children in game, however the oldest one who is now three has not been given the option to receive guidance at the age of 2. The other child, which is a male, has no issues and received the pop up at age 2. In the encyclopedia, it lists this child as age three.
How to Reproduce: Unsure.

Hello, I discovered that there was no bug, I simply did not notice or remember choosing the stats. Reloading the game resolved the issue.
