Cheat menu

Summary:Sorry dont know where else to post and or ask this but was just wandering if theres an option in the cheat menu to spawn items i know that if your in a town you get an additional option to build all town projects and yeah just wandering if thats an option somewhere or not again sorry for posting a question in the bug reports section
