Resolved Can't Create Kingdom

Summary:Can't Create Kingdom, have met all requirements but "Create Kingdom" button does not appear on "Clan Screen".

I had the same issue, that button simply disappeared from "Clan tab" after fulfilling all requirements. But here is how I managed to create my own kingdom.

Try speaking with the governor of your settlement and a new dialog should appear, which says something like "It is time to take a momentous step... It is time to proclaim a new kingdom"; after clicking on that, your governor will ask you about adopting the laws and language of a non-imperial/imperial faction; then, he will ask the name of your kingdom; finally, you will have your own kingdom.
