Need More Info Calvary units that are ready to upgrade disappear when another unit is upgraded

Summary: Calvary units that are ready to upgrade disappear when another unit is upgraded (The ability to upgrade them, not the unit itself)
How to Reproduce: I noticed this with the War Horse units, when upgrading another units. Not sure if this happens only after battle or on campaign map as well. Will update later. Update: It happens on both screens
Have you used cheats and if so which: #No mods

Hey, did you ran out of war horses during upgrade? If there are no more warhorses in your inventory the option will be grayed out. Please let me know if you had the horses but the option is grayet out anyway.

No I did not have the War Horses to begin with, but if I was to obtain the War Horses later the units would not be ready to upgrade
