In Progress Being in a village doesn't count as being in a settlement.

Summary: When the player's party is in a village, they are still treated as being on the move for effects such as healing rate, recovering stamina, etc.
How to Reproduce:

1. Enter a village on the map (just to the settlement menu, not the village scene)
2. Hover the mouse over the player health icon on the bottom right.
3. Confirm that there is no bonus from being in a settlement listed for "heroes healing rate"
