Need More Info Battania Tournament Spawn Location Bug

How to Reproduce: Enter a tournament in Battanian territory. If the round is for four teams or individuals, two of the teams (or individuals) spawn right next to each other. This did not happen in previous versions.

OS: Windows 10
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB
CPU: Intel i5-6600K @ 4.4 GHz
RAM: Kingston HyperX 16 GB @ 3900 MHz
