In Progress Banner flickers - banner of Wrath.

Summary: In Items screen, banner behind characters flickers
How to Reproduce: Active won banners, then when you enter Buy/Sell/items screen, with main character in the center, the banner is behind - it flickers.(se picture)
Have you used cheats and if so which:

Problem seems to happen when the banner is folded, both foreground and background banner sections occupy the same level ?
