OK, i got this mod to work it it looks awsome (love them spartans). but i had a few questions.
  1. Can you build more than one fort?
  2. Why do your allies sheild bash you and your troops?
  3. Why is ellergron castle named roman barracks test?
  4. What do salt mines do?
apreciate the help!!

1. Not that I know of, I know it's a serious limitation, but the initial creator left it as such, and any more modifications to the original source would most likely require a full port to 1.154 (which would take forever)
2. That I really don't know. I've never had that issue myself, so I honestly couldn't know what's going on.
3. I forgot to change the name back before release, which happened because I was attempting to change the mesh to the Barracks mesh that now exists.
4. You put prisoners there (and some guards to make sure they work) and they will provide some money for you. If you have 100 prisoners with about 150 guards, you will most likely be making a few thousand gold per week.

So i think y'all should work on updating the attire of all the leaders. Some are anked and some are wearing the default caladrian armors. It just bothers me. Also you should try working on the command interface, the guys dont always listen.

now i am downloading the mod , i hope it will works , because i tryed it another time , and i had a little problem...

IRC the presentation code used in this mod was incompatible with newer versions of M&B.
Maybe you'd better keep this mod in the graveyard, I don't think Specialist is going back on it.

Why do you think i get an "not a valid win32 application" error when i acces the .exe of mount and blade?

Chances are not. If I did, I would have to start over from scratch, which may happen. Been inactive for a few months now because of real life anyway.

Chances are that a DLL file was deleted by mistake. Nothing in the module folder would keep the exe from running. Just try reinstalling the game.
