In Progress Audio lag (effects only)

There is an audio bug with most recent update where the effects audio will cut out for a few seconds, get bunched up and play all at once, then cut out again. It even effects the Taleworlds intro screen at game start up. Though specifically the start up one is just a bit behind the actual animation. I have tried to verify files (twice), created a new profile, updated GPU and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The audio bug persists.

This happens every time I boot up the game.

I am not using any cheats and I have no specific scene. I don't have video but can get it of that helps.

OS: Windows 10
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
GPU Driver Version: v 546.33
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 8 core
RAM: 32 GB
Motherboard: B450M Pro4
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): HDD (unsure of manufacture)
