The Parthians (and maybe the Later Roman Empire's Hippotoxotai - horse-archers) can rapid-fire 4 arrows in 5 seconds. They hold each in between the fingers.

Maybe this could be an acquired skill as well, with a really high archery stat and agility.
Archery seems to put a large strain on your endurance and strength rather than your agility. I never really understood the concept of thinking that archers had to be agile; acrobats have to be agile, archers have to worry about drawing the bow repetitively. Some technique is required to use the arrows in the manners you described - but again that technique doesn't really seem to have anything to do with agility or dexterity either. The archery proficiency was a good call though.
